The transfer time of a domain name depends on  several factors  :

  • The domain was unlocked at the time of the order
  • The EPP transfer code is correct
  • WHOIS/ID protection is disabled and the domain name holder can receive confirmation emails that are sent to the address attached to the domain. find out more

To modify the  DNS servers (namesever)  of your domain name:

  • Log in to your  VSP TECH customer area 
  • Go to the left menu on  “My services”  then  “My domains”
  • Choose the domain name whose DNS servers you want to modify by clicking on  “Manage”
  • Once on the domain name page choose  “DNS Servers”  on the menu on the left
  • You can then  enter the new DNS servers  (nameserver) for your domain name

Note that DNS server propagation can take up to 24 hours.
